Recruit for Recruit (Rec2Rec) activities are handled through ENRG’s operating brand known as Reccelerate

Reccelerate’s mission is to take the Asian rec2rec market to new levels of professionalism, acting as a strategic partner to recruitment companies and corporates; understanding their business, analysing and promoting their strengths and attracting the right talent. Reccelerate aim to do more with fewer clients, especially those who are experiencing rapid growth or have a need to enter new markets. The core management team in Asia have more than 40 years of executive search experience, working with start-ups and established search firms in the UK, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and India before deciding to help the search industry itself, seeing the sector as poorly served and fragmented.

ENRG has supported various NPO’s in Asia by offering pro-bono search in order to place the very best people in places where they are needed the most. These assignments are always challenging but fun and of course, very rewarding.
